The National Energy Services Company (Tarshid) announced that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year, covering the periods (2024–2025) and (2025–2026). This prestigious global certification is awarded to organizations that achieve the highest standards of employee satisfaction and workplace excellence. The achievement reaffirms Tarshid’s leading position in providing an exemplary work environment that fosters innovation and productivity.
Tarshid received the certification based on the results of the Trust Index™ Survey, which evaluates employees’ experiences and perceptions across key criteria, including trust in leadership, fairness and integrity, and recognition of performance. The certification further enhances the company’s ability to attract and retain top local and global talent, positioning it as an ideal workplace that supports professional development and work–life balance—fully aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
