The National Energy Services Company (Tarshid) is a national company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). It was established in 2017 to be a crucial part of fostering the energy services sector، through promoting integration between energy efficiency, operational efficiency and renewable energy, and maintaining “sustainability,” one of the main pillars of the Saudi Vision 2030.

We manage
We take a hands-on leadership approach in our projects by providing active management throughout the entire project lifecycle. Our team continually ensures that risks are mitigated and that incentives are aligned.

We deploy capital directly into the projects that it invests in covering the upfront costs of energy efficiency measures by either utilizing its own capital or co-financing with other qualified partners.

The National Energy Services Company (Tarshid), through one of its subsidiaries, signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Panda Retail Company to increase energy efficiency in Panda Retail Company’s buildings and facilities. The MoU aims to create opportunities to improve energy efficiency and launch innovative initiatives to reduce energy consumption and harmful emissions, and promote sustainability. This collaboration supports the objectives of the Saudi Green Initiative and Saudi Vision 2030 through increasing energy efficiency and finding more sustainable solutions in all buildings and facilities in the Kingdom.
